These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the GLO Infinite Wellness app and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

GLO Infinite Wellness is a faith-based wellness education app. It offers habit tracking, meal plans, recipes, devotionals, and related content to support healthy habits and spiritual growth. The Service provides wellness education, not medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. See our Wellness & Medical Disclaimer for important limits on how you should use this information.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding agreement to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian’s permission.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to access, alter, or disrupt systems, data, or accounts you are not authorized to access.
• Reproduce, resell, or redistribute content from the Service without permission.
• Introduce viruses, scrapers, or automated systems that burden the Service.
• Use the Service in a way that could harm or mislead others.

You retain ownership of the reflections, notes, and other content you create in the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content as needed to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for the content you enter and for ensuring it does not violate law or these Terms.

The Service’s design, text, meal plans, devotionals, and other content are owned by or licensed to GLO Infinite Wellness and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use them for your personal, non-commercial wellness journey. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party tools. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GLO Infinite Wellness and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any, to use the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time and will revise the "Last updated" date. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.
