Privacy Policy

Overview

GLO Infinite Wellness ("we," "us," or "our") operates a faith-based wellness application that helps you track healthy habits, follow meal plans, read devotionals, and reflect on your wellness journey. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. This policy applies to the GLO Infinite Wellness app and website.

This is a wellness education app, not a medical provider. We are not a covered entity under HIPAA, and this policy should not be read as a HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

Information We Collect

Account & profile information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and the name you provide. When you save preferences in Settings, we store your selected timezone and notification preferences (daily reminder and weekly summary opt-ins).

Wellness tracker data. As you use the app, we store the information you choose to log, including daily entries such as water intake, sleep hours, movement and movement type, scripture reading, prayer, supplements, whether meals were on plan, energy level, mood, and any reflection notes you write. We also store meal plans, shopping lists, and saved scripture reflections you create in the app.

Usage information. We may collect limited analytics events (such as which features are used) to understand and improve the app. We do not use this data to build an advertising profile.

How We Collect Information

We collect information directly from you when you register, update your profile, or enter data into the tracker. Some account information may be obtained through the authentication provider you choose (see below). We do not collect sensitive health information from third parties.

Authentication Providers

You may sign in using email and password or using Google. When you use Google, we receive the account information that Google shares with us (such as your email address). We never receive or store your Google password. Authentication is handled through secure sign-in flows, and your credentials are managed by the authentication provider you select.

How We Use Information

  • To provide your account, daily tracker, meal plans, devotionals, and related features.
  • To personalize your experience, including aligning daily content to your selected timezone.
  • To send wellness reminder and summary emails you have opted in to receive.
  • To maintain, secure, and improve the app.
  • To respond to your requests and comply with our legal obligations.

Sharing and Essential Service Providers

We do not sell your information. We share information only as necessary to operate the app and as described in this policy. Essential service providers we rely on include:

  • Hosting and platform infrastructure that runs the app and stores your data.
  • Email delivery services used to send account and notification emails.
  • Analytics services used to measure aggregate app usage and improve features.

These providers process information on our behalf to deliver the service and are limited to using it for that purpose. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypting data in transit over HTTPS. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We are not HIPAA-compliant and do not represent that the app meets any specific medical-data security standard.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your information while your account is active so you can continue to access your tracker history. You may request deletion or correction of your data at any time using the contact information below. We will respond to verifiable requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal retention obligations.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Request deletion of your information.
  • Export a copy of your data.
  • Withdraw consent for optional processing, such as notification emails.

To exercise these rights, contact us through the in-app contact option or at the email address displayed in the app.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.

Contact

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or your information, contact us through the in-app contact option or at the email address displayed in the app. A dedicated contact email may be added here as it becomes available.
